A bad interview.

I mean...a really bad interview. That's where this blog got its start. A recruiter of a prominent government consulting agency decided that I was worth a shot, so he lined me up for my second interview.  And the second interview is where I hit the wall. I got questions like, "In as much detail as possible, from start to finish; how would you go about running a penetration test on a web application I wrote?"

I fumbled over my words. I got flustered. It wasn't that I didn't know what I was talking about. Or that I'm socially awkward. I just couldn't regurgitate a really technical answer - in full, on the phone, with the voice on the other end of the phone saying, "Uh...that's it?"

So, that's why I decided to show what I know and show what I can do.

Welcome to my blog.
